Performance features
The disk granulator produced by our company adopts the overall arc structure of the disk angle and granulation rate can be up to 93%. Working principle

The Influence Caused by the Overdosage of Flotation Reagents

In the flotation process, the hazards of overdosage of the flotation reagents is often easily overlooked. It is proved that the decrease of the flotation index is mainly caused by the excessive dosage of the flotation reagents. The hazards of the overdosage mainly includes the following aspects.
The harmfulness of excessive collector: A. It will destroy the selectivity of the flotation process. Tests and production practices have proved that when the collector dosage exceeds a certain range, the concentrate grade will be significantly decreased. B. The excessive collector will bring difficulties for the further selection of foam concentrate and the separation of the mixed concentrate. C. The excessive collector allows the decline of floatability of certain minerals. D. The excessive collector also results in the formation of large amount of foams, which will make it difficult for the dehydration of concentrates and tailings and bring difficulty for the concentrate and filter.
The hazards of excessive inhibitors. When the inhibitor is excessive, the mineral to be floating and the mineral to be suppressed may also be suppressed at the same time, resulting in lower recovery. In this case, in order to increase the floating ability of the floating mineral, it must increase the dosage of the collector.

the hazards of excessive activator. Two Ways to Control the Air Quantity of Draught Fan

(1) the working principle of adjusting the air quantity of the draught fan of industrial drying machine: when the draught fan is working in the ventilation network, the actual air volume is equal to the flow of air in the ventilation network and the pressure is equal to the resistance of the ventilation network. The fan performance curve depicts the variation of the air flow and pressure of the fan. The ventilation network characteristic refers to the relationship between the air flow and the resistance of the ventilation network.

When the drying equipment is used to dry the materials, the working conditions of the draught fan need to be adjusted according to production requirements, namely, to change the location of the operating point of the fan to make the output of the air volume keep balance with the actual needs of the air volume. The following is the two ways to control the air quantity.
the throttle regulation: it means that the throttle valve should be installed in the exhaust pipe of the fan in the industrial dryer. According to actual needs, changing the opening degree of the throttle valve will change the characteristics of the pipe to regulate air flow.
(2) the adjustment of the rotational speed: as for the fan itself, it is more economical without additional energy loss when changing the rotational speed of the draught fan. However, it is necessary to use the motor to adjust the speed when changing the fan speed, which will need to add speed control device. In addition, the greater the power of the motor is, the higher the cost will be.

Main structure
The milling equipment is mainly composed of the host, analyzer, blower, cyclone separator and other parts. Working principle
When the grinding mill is in operation, the materials to be pulverized will be sent to the machine from the side of the casing and the materials will revolve around the vertical axis by relying on the roller device hanging on the rack. Points need attention
