The Moisture Influences The Screening Process




The moisture of the materials includes external moisture and inherent moisture and the inherent moisture does not have much impact on the screening process. The larger the size of the mesh is, the smaller the possibility that the mesh is blocked is. The impact of moisture is smaller. Moreover, since the distribution of moisture in the various fractions is uneven, the finer particle size will greatly reduce the moisture of the oversize materials, which will not affect the smooth conduct of the screening process. Therefore, when higher moisture severely affect the screening process, a better way that can be considered is to increase the mesh to improve screening efficiency.
If the materials to be screened contains the clay, even in the case of low moisture, it may also be difficult for the screening process. The Factors That Influence the Selection of Magnetic Separator

The first fault phenomenon: the vibrating screen cannot be started or amplitude is small.
