Impact crushers are generally able to handle the large solid particles whose diameter is less than 50cm. Its compressive strength is relatively large and the broken performance is quite high. First of all, it is necessary to leave sufficient maintenance space for later maintenance engineers to perform periodic maintenance when installing the impact crusher. Secondly, the impact crusher has been carried out the equilibrium processing in the factory before being used. There is no need for the users to do balance test again. After a period of time, if the spare parts of impact crusher get worn, the users generally only need to replace the blade, hammerhead and the relevant bearings on it. After the replacement, the machine can not be restarted until the balance of the machine is adjusted. The main wheel and the driven wheel should be in the same plane and the users should adjust the transmission belt properly to avoid making it too tight or too loose. The motor should be fixed. Last, the most important thing is that the users must pay attention to the various parts of the impact crusher, checking whether their positions appear excursion and deformation or not. Tightening each screw, checking the sealing and the reliability of the hydraulic system to ensure no dripping.
